The various permissions you can grant when using share links

So you've uploaded something into zipBoard and want external users to be able to review it with you too. The simplest way to do this is via share links.
Share Links
Share links are URLs that have been generated by zipBoard which allows anyone who possess it to access a specific upload to start reviewing it.
To start, click on any upload and click on the share button in the top right corner.
From there you should have the following pop-up launch.
These share links have 3 different kinds of permissions that you can enable or restrict - depending on what you want your external reviewers to see.
The 3 Different Kinds of Permissions
Require Signup/Login
If you have this setting enabled, it means that your external reviewer will have to create/log in to their zipBoard account to view the link. If they do not then they will not be granted access to view the upload that you wish to share with them
View All Boards/Reviews
If you have this setting enabled, it means that your external reviewer will be able to view the annotations and comments of other users. This means that if you have made comments on the upload, they will be able to see what those comments are and where you annotated on the upload. If you've had multiple people review and annotate on this upload, they will be able to see all of those comments and annotations as well.
Add New Boards/Reviews
If you have this setting enabled, it means that your external reviewer will be able to create comments and annotations of their own on the upload. They will be able to provide their feedback directly onto the upload.
Enabling Different Permissions Simultaneously
If you want your external reviewer to be able to view your comments, as well as create their own comments, all you need to do is enable both settings at the same time. This will generate a new share link with those particular permission settings. You can manage these share links in the Share Links section of the pop-up.
