Add New Boards/Reviews Only Access
Share links that have Add New Boards/Reviews Only Access mean that you can view the content of the upload that has been shared with you, as well as create your own annotations and comments on the upload.
This means that, while you won't be able to see what other reviewers have said about the upload, you will be able to provide your input/feedback on the upload.
