How to Get Feedback from Guests in zipBoard?

1️⃣ Generating a Shareable Link for Guests

To allow guests to review and provide feedback on a file:

1. Open the file you want to share in zipBoard.
2. Click the "Share File" button on the review page.
3. In the "Share Review with Guest" modal, configure the permissions based on what level of access you want to grant.
4. Copy the generated share link and send it to your guest reviewers.

📌 Guests do not need a zipBoard account to provide feedback, making collaboration seamless!

2️⃣ Setting Permissions for Guest Feedback

When sharing a file, you can control guest permissions to tailor access:

✔ View Only – Guests can only see the file but cannot add feedback.
