An organization Admin uploads your organization’s stamp in Manage Org; reviewers then select it from the review toolbar and drag it onto the content.

You need Admin access to add a stamp to your organization.

Select your profile icon in the top right corner and select Manage Org.
Select Stamps from the Organization menu on the left side of your screen.
Select Add in the top corner, upload your organization’s stamp, enter a name and description, and select Add.

Select the stamp option from the review toolbar.
Select the stamp you want to use from the drop-down.
Hold and drag the stamp to move it on the content.
Use the checkmark, timestamp and signature tools to complete the stamp as needed.

Upload an image of your signature from the signature icon in the review toolbar, then select it and drag it onto the page or onto your stamp.

Select the signature icon from the review toolbar and select Add signature.
