How to add collaborators

  1. After uploading content and adding collaborators, project managers can share the project with stakeholders for review.

Sharing the project allows reviewers to access the content and provide feedback from their respective locations.

Project managers can customize sharing settings to control who has access to the project and what permissions they have.

  1. Once feedback starts coming in from collaborators and stakeholders, project managers need to triage and organize it effectively.

Triage involves sorting feedback based on its relevance, urgency, and impact on the project.

Project managers should prioritize actionable feedback that aligns with project goals and objectives.

For Guest Collaborators

Anyone who collaborates on your zipBoard project using the login required share link is referred to as a guest collaborator. Guest collaborators when invited to collaborate, need to signup and then they can review the file they are invited to collaborate on.

Collaborators within zipBoard are individuals invited directly through the platform using the “add collaborator” button. They have full access to the project and its assets, allowing them to contribute feedback, comments, and annotations throughout the review process.

In contrast, guest collaborators have a more limited role. They can only review an asset once a shared link has been granted to them. Unlike collaborators, guest collaborators do not have access to the project interface and cannot interact directly within zipBoard. Instead, they are directed to the specific file being reviewed via the shared link. This ensures that guest collaborators can provide feedback on the relevant content without accessing the broader project environment.

  1. They will receive a link from the project manager. Depending on the permission of the shared link, they will have different views.
*Please see this link for the different share link options.
  1. They will need to sign in, if they have an existing zipBoard account.

They will need to sign up, if they don’t have one.

For Guest Reviewers

Anyone who reviews your zipBoard project using the no login required share link is referred to as a guest reviewer. Guest reviewers, when invited to review, need not sign up to zipBoard. They can directly review the files they are invited to review. Importantly, guest reviewers do not have access to the project as a whole; rather, they are limited to accessing and providing feedback on the specific file being reviewed.

  1. They will receive a link from the project manager. Depending on the permission of the shared link, they will have different views.
*Please see this link for the different share link options.
