In zipBoard, managing roles helps keep your workspace organized and secure. Two of the most powerful roles in the system are Super Admin and Admin. Both have extensive capabilities to manage projects, users, and settings but with a few key differences.

Getting Started as a Super Admin

If you're a Super Admin, follow these steps to set up your organization in zipBoard:

  1. Create an Organization

    Go to https://app.zipboard.co/login

    Sign up or log in using your Google or Microsoft account.

  2. Change the Organization Name

    Once logged in, you can update your organization’s name under your Organization Settings.

  3. Add Your Team

    Start by adding Admins and Managers to help you manage projects and teams.

  4. Set Up Workflows

    Configure your Stamps, Statuses, and Tags to streamline project tracking.

    Go to Setup

  5. Review Billing

    As a Super Admin, you can view and manage your billing and subscription settings.

Getting Started as an Admin

If you're an Admin, here's what you can do to get started:

  1. Add Team Members

    You can add Managers and other Admins to your organization.

  2. Change the Organization Name

    You also have the ability to update the organization name under settings.

  3. Set Up Workflows

    Define your Stamps, Statuses, and Tags to organize feedback and tasks.

  1. Create Projects

    Admins can start their own projects and manage them from start to finish.
