New Update on AI-Powered Statuses

With our latest update, we've introduced AI-powered statuses to streamline your workflow. This feature leverages top suggestions from ChatGPT, offering you pre-defined statuses relevant to your project. Here's a guide on how to use these new features:

Permissions

Who can add statuses?

Super admin, admin, project owner: all of these users can add new statuses.

Who can set default statuses for project?

Super admin, admin, project owner can set the default status.

Who can delete project level statuses?

Super admin, admin, project owner can delete the statuses.

⚠️ The default statuses set by users will NOT be deleted

Add Recommended Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Statuses

Action:
1. Select "Add recommended Architecture, Engineering, and Construction statuses" from the drop-down under “Bulk Actions (AI powered).”
2. Click "Apply."
To Save: Click "Save all suggested statuses."
To Remove: Click the "x" button beside individual statuses or select "Delete unsaved statuses" from the drop-down to remove all suggested statuses.

Add Recommended Software Development Statuses

Action:
1. Select "Add recommended Software Development statuses" from the drop-down under “Bulk Actions (AI powered).”
2. Click "Apply."
To Save: Click "Save all suggested statuses."
To Remove: Click the "x" button beside individual statuses or select "Delete unsaved statuses" from the drop-down to remove all suggested statuses.
