How to Use AI-Powered Autotagging for Tasks
Efficient task management requires consistent tagging for easy organization and quick access. However, manually adding tags can be repetitive, especially when managing multiple projects with numerous tasks. Inconsistent tagging can also make it challenging to find specific tasks and track project progress effectively.
The new AI-powered autotagging feature in zipBoard simplifies this process by automatically suggesting tags based on the task title and file name. With just a few clicks, your tasks will be organized with minimal effort—and you can fully customize the tags to suit your specific project needs.
How It Works
- Select a Project: Start by navigating to the project where you want to add a task.
- Go to Tasks: In the project dashboard, locate the “Tasks” section.
Add a Task: Click on “Add Task” to open the task creation window.
Enter a Task Title: As you type a descriptive title, the AI will analyze both the title and any associated file name to generate relevant tagging suggestions.
- Apply Suggested Tags and Customize: The AI will automatically apply relevant tags to the task. If any of the suggested tags don’t align with your needs, you can easily remove them. You also have the option to add your own custom tags, giving you full control over how each task is labeled and organized.
Why Use AI-Powered Autotagging?
- Save Time: Automate the tagging process, letting the AI handle the details so you can focus on higher-priority tasks.
- Stay Organized: Consistent, AI-driven tags make it easier to retrieve tasks and maintain clear organization across projects.
- Reduce Errors: With AI suggestions, the risk of missing or irrelevant tags is minimized, ensuring a smoother workflow and better tracking.
- Customize Tags to Fit Your Needs: Tailor the tags to fit your project’s specific requirements by adding, adjusting, or removing tags as necessary.
This feature empowers your team to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time on project progress, all while maintaining a well-organized system for tracking and managing work.
