zipBoard automatically generates task suggestions tailored to your specific industry. These AI-suggested task types are designed to streamline your workflow by offering relevant task categories based on common practices in your field. Here’s how you can make the most of these intelligent suggestions to enhance task management in your projects:
How to Use AI-Powered Task Types
- Add Recommended Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Types:
- Select "Add Recommended Architecture, Engineering, and Construction statuses" from the "Bulk Actions (AI-powered)" dropdown.
- Click Apply to view the suggested task types.
- To save these suggestions, click "Save all suggested task types".
- To remove individual suggestions, click the "x" button beside each status. Alternatively, select "Delete unsaved task types" to remove all suggested statuses.
- Add Recommended Software Development Types:
- Select "Add Recommended Software Development statuses" from the dropdown and click Apply.
- Review the suggestions, save, or remove them as desired.
- Add Recommended Education and eLearning Types:
- Select "Add Recommended Education and eLearning types" from the dropdown and click Apply.
- Manage the suggested task types similarly.
- Add Recommended Marketing and Advertising Types:
- Select "Add Recommended Marketing and Advertising types" from the dropdown, click Apply, and review the suggested types.
- Add Recommended Manufacturing Types:
- Select "Add Recommended Manufacturing types" from the dropdown, click Apply, and manage the suggestions.
- Add Recommended Finance and Banking Types:
- Select "Add Recommended Finance and Banking types" from the dropdown, click Apply, and manage the suggestions.
