A Guide to zipBoard's Task List

Adding Tasks:

• Create on-the-fly: Don't wait to review an asset! Compose tasks directly in the task list. Mention team members using "@" for clear communication and collaboration from the start.

• Prioritize and adjust later: Set priorities (high, medium, low) to keep focus, and don't worry – you can always adjust them later.

  

Reviewing Content:

• Manage your assets: Click "Review Content" to upload files, images, or even links to webpages. Search through your uploaded assets for easy access.
• Kanban or table view: Choose the view that best suits you – Kanban boards offer a visual workflow, while table view provides a detailed breakdown.

Importing and Exporting Tasks:

• CSV import for existing tasks: Moving from another platform? No problem! Download the provided CSV template, populate it with your existing tasks, and import it seamlessly into zipBoard.

  

• Export your data: Maintain a backup or share your task list with others. Export all tasks, specific selections, or filtered views in a convenient CSV format.

  

Customizing Your View:

• Show/Hide columns: Focus on what matters! Select the details you want to see in your task list, such as ID, title, assigned member, and more. Changes update automatically.

  

Powerful Filtering:

• Phases: Organize tasks into customizable phases, allowing you to filter by project stage (e.g., Design, Development, Testing).
• Assets: Quickly find tasks associated with specific files or links uploaded to zipBoard.
• Comments: Filter tasks based on the presence or absence of comments in the "Screen" section.
• Ownership: See tasks assigned to specific team members or filter by reported the task.

• Status, Priority, and Type: Refine your view further by filtering by task status, priority, or type.
