I cannot play my SCORM file with zipBoard. What can be the issue?

Firstly, try playing your SCORM directly in the browser, if it’s all well in the browser then please check your SCORM folder hierarchy for the start file. Make sure that the start file for your SCORM should exist in the top level folder only (not inside any subfolder); if not then we won’t be able to play such a file.
