Once you've set up the Procore integration with zipBoard, it's important to know how to manage and customize your settings to fit your workflow. This guide walks you through key integration management features, project-level syncing, authentication updates, and upcoming enhancements.

Managing Your Integration

Understanding the "Manage Integration" Button

The Manage Integration button in zipBoard provides quick access to your integration settings. From here, you can:

  • View the current status of your Procore connection
  • Modify document control workflows
  • Re-authenticate or disable the integration if needed

Selective Project-Level Sync

Not every project needs the same level of document review. With selective sync, you can choose which Procore projects to connect with zipBoard—helping you reduce noise, keep teams focused, and ensure only relevant files flow into your review workflows:

  • Choose which Procore projects to integrate with zipBoard
  • Limit syncing to only relevant documents (like submittals, as-builts, or drawing packages) to reduce clutter and confusion., reducing clutter
  • Adjust settings at any time based on project needs

Changing, Re-Authenticating, or Disabling the Integration

Changing Integration Settings

If your team structure or project requirements change, you can update your integration settings by:

  1. Navigating to the Manage Integration panel

  2. Selecting the Procore account or project you want to modify
  3. Adjusting sync preferences accordingly

Re-Authenticating the Integration

If your integration encounters an authentication issue, you may need to reconnect zipBoard to Procore:

  1. Click Manage Integration
  2. Select Re-Authenticate
  3. Follow the authentication prompts to restore the connection

Disabling the Integration

If you need to temporarily or permanently disconnect Procore from zipBoard:

  1. Go to Manage Integration
  2. Click Disable Integration
  3. Confirm your action—this will stop document syncing but retain previously imported files
