How to Set Up the Procore + zipBoard Integration

Step 1: Access the Integrations Portal

  1. Log in to zipBoard.
  2. Navigate to Profile > Manage Integrations.
  3. Locate the Procore Integration and click Authenticate.

Step 2: Authenticate Procore

  1. Clicking “Authenticate” will open a new tab for authentication.
  2. Enter your Procore credentials and authorize zipBoard.
  3. Once authentication is successful, the tab will close automatically.

Step 3: Configure Project Sync Settings

  1. Select a single zipBoard project to sync.
  2. Choose multiple Procore projects from which documents will sync.
  3. Click ‘Sync Documents’ -> ‘Explore Project’

Step 4: Managing the Integration

  • Before first sync is completed: Button shows “Sync Documents”.
  • After first sync is completed: Button updates to “Manage Integration”.
  • The ‘Available Integrations’ modal in zipBoard projects will only show active integrations.

The authentication process should open in a new tab and close automatically upon successful login.

For Version 1, the sync will be one-way, meaning only new Procore documents will sync automatically with zipBoard. Existing documents will not be synced initially but will be supported in future updates.

Can I sync multiple zipBoard projects at once?

For the first sync, only one zipBoard project can be selected per integration. However, you can sync multiple Procore projects to this single zipBoard project.

Will old Procore documents be imported?

No, the first version of this integration supports one-way sync for new documents only. Support for existing documents will be added in future updates.

How do I disable the Procore integration?

Navigate to Settings > Integrations, locate Procore, and click Delete.
