I have uploaded Articulate scorm file but live annotations does not work, what was the issue?

For Articulate scorm files, below are the limitations.

1. zipBoard supports live annotations for the course created and published in Rise360 only not for courses created using Storyline360
2. The course should be published either in Scorm 1.2 or Scorm 2004 version
3. We do support only published LMS but not published on web
4. We do not support if the course is uploaded on website/ web app which opens in new tab

Live annotations will work only for the courses which are in compliance with the aforementioned limitations.
