My mails are not delivered. What should I do?
This would happen if your mail server is bouncing zipBoard mails. To avoid that contact your IT department to whitelist emails from zipBoard. Don’t forget to check the spam folder.
Also, once you check your email preferences, from the profile dropdown by selecting the edit profile option. If it's not set to send instantly, you need to select 'Send Instantly' from the email preferences dropdown and hit the 'Save' button.
