My mails are not delivered. What should I do?
This would happen if your mail server is bouncing zipBoard mails. To avoid that contact your IT department to whitelist mails from zipBoard.Don’t forget to check the spam folder.
Also, once check your email prefrences, from the profile dropdown by selecting edit profile option.If it's not set to send instantly, you need to select 'Send Instantly' from the email prefrences dropdown and hit 'Save' button.
