Can You Assign One Content to Multiple Collaborators?

Yes, unlike tasks, you can assign one content to multiple collaborators in zipBoard.

The latest September update for 2022 now provides our users with a content manager, similar to the one you’ve been using for tasks. This new content manager will ensure that you have a holistic online proofing experience with each content now having its development phase, status, due date, assignee, description, and so on. You get the gist. Now let’s see how you can assign one content to multiple collaborators using this content manager.

Assign content to multiple collaborators

Simply click on any uploaded content. There you see a dropdown below “ASSIGNED TO” where you can select the collaborator you want to assign the content. Something you can’t even do in the task manager!

You can also check the assignees along with the due date and status info in the content cards while you’re in the Kanban view.
