How Do I Enable Webhooks to Receive Updates from JIRA?
To know how to integrate with JIRA, click here. Once 3LO authentication is done, you can optionally enable webhook to receive real-time updates from your JIRA tasks created with zipBoard.
To enable webhook, click on enable webhook from the integrations tab and enter email id and API token and click on save, before proceeding, make sure to go to this link and create an API Token for yourself.
Please note, if we delete authentication and add it again, the webhook should enable again, an earlier one will be deleted.
