Does zipboard Support Two Way Communication with JIRA
Yes, if the user makes changes in the Jira it will change in the zipBoard task also. To know how to integrate with JIRA click here

- Description
Limitations:
- When user add a comment in the zipboard, in JIRA it shows with zipBoard (username)
- The status of the task is also not mapped
- When we import task from CSV, this will not integrate by default, we have to integrate them just by clicking +icon beside JIRA integration
