Managing the Message Board of zipBoard

The Message Board is an efficient way of communicating or posting information for collaborators and clients. The messages can only be created by the owner or the manager of the project.

Here is how you can access and use the message board.

1. Click on the 'Messages' button on the left sidebar to access the message board for the project.

2. Here, click on the 'Add New Message' button.

3. A pop-up will appear with the option to add message either only for collaborators or add a message for both clients and collaborators. Type in the Title along with the message that you want and click on the 'Save' button once you are done.

4. Now that you have saved the message, it should appear to your clients or collaborators in the Messages panel. You can continue to add more message by clicking on 'Add Message'.
