Managing the Message Board of zipBoard
The Message Board is an efficient way of communicating or posting information for/from collaborators and clients.
Here is how you can access and use the message board.
1. Click on the 'Messages' button on the left sidebar to access the message board for the project.
2. Here, click on the 'Create New Message' button.
3. A pop-up will appear with the option to add a message either only for collaborators or add a message for both clients and collaborators. Type in the Title along with the message that you want and click on the 'Save' button once you are done.
You can also attach screens/review board from the project by just clicking on '+Attach Screens" and Add Reviewboard by just clicking on " + Attach Reviewboard"
4. Now that you have saved the message, it should appear to your clients or collaborators in the Messages panel. You can continue to add more messages by clicking on 'Add Message'.
