Add new files, tasks and comments to a project phase:
You can add new files, tasks and comments directly to a project phase.
Select the project phase you have in mind. To add any of three things mentioned above, click on their respective "Add" buttons in the project phase.
Add existing files and tasks to a project phase:
You can add existing files and tasks to a project phase.
To add an existing file to a phase, select the file.
Click on the "Edit" icon in the top right hand corner.
Now select the phase from the drop down menu and click on "Save File".
Similarly, to add an existing task to a phase, click on the "Edit" icon for the task:
Click on the "Select" button next to "Change Phase":
