What Is a Kanban Board and How Do I Use It?
A Kanban board shows your project's tasks as cards arranged in columns (boards), so you can see progress at a glance and drag tasks from board to board as work moves forward. To open it, click Tasks in the sidebar and switch the view from Table to Kanban.

How do I switch to Kanban view for tasks?
You can switch between table view and Kanban view at any time:
- Open the project.
- Click Tasks in the left menu bar.
- At the top, select Kanban (or Table to switch back).
What can I do on the Kanban board?
- See all your tasks arranged in boards within the project. To edit or view the details of a task, click its card.
- Drag and drop tasks across boards as you work on them.
- Add tasks and add details to them.
- Create new boards as your project progresses to the next stages.
- Get a quick overview of what is happening in your project.
