Email Alerts for Tasks in zipBoard
By default, every user's account is set up to receive email notifications for every task that they have been assigned to, or for any updates in the tasks created by them. You also get notified in email, if you have been set as a watcher for the particular task .
For owners or managers, an email notification is also sent every time a new task or feedback is created in their project.
For any user to change the frequency of emails, they can simply go to their profile and chose between Instant, daily, weekly or monthly updates from their projects in zipBoard.
