Recover Account or Forgotten Password

If you ever forget your password, you should be able to recover your created account on zipBoard with these few easy steps.

1. Go to the following link: https://app.zipboard.co/ and click on 'Forgot Password?'

2. You will be redirected to the Forgot Password page. Here you have to enter the email id that was associated with your account. 

3. After entering the email id and clicking on 'Forgot Password', you will receive a password reset link from us.

4. When you click the link in the email, you will be redirected to a page where you will get an option to create a new password. 

5. Enter your new password and confirm by typing it again. Now, click on the 'Reset Password', and your password will be updated to the new one!
